I purchased this product as part of a birthday present. When it was opened we noticed there was a large area unstitched, there was no thread, it just hadn’t been stitched.
I contacted customer service explaining what happened and how I was disappointed. I received an email from Rylee telling me that I will continue to be disappointed because it’s apart of the brand for your products to be like this and that ‘not every little detail can be written in the description’. Such rude customer service.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with this product and my response. I definitely did not say that you would continually be disappointed but merely explained to you that some of our items show a 'vintage/preloved' look and feel. This is a big part of our image and a reason we are who we are today. I also offered to organise a return for a refund which I have not yet heard back from you. We are happy to approve this refund on a sale item. Please reply to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish for me to go ahead with this and I will happily organise this ASAP :)
