MEMBERS ONLY is a Thrills exclusive rewards program for our incredible customers. Our members enjoy exclusive access to special offers, gifts and shopping experiences. Anyone that signs up to a Thrills account is automatically enrolled and can start earning points.

How do I earn points?

There are a number of ways you can earn points! By simply signing up for MEMBERS ONLY you have already earned 100 points*. More ways include following us on our social media accounts, subscribing to our mailing list, and purchasing products. How do I redeem points?

Points are currently redeemable for $ off your next purchase, and you need to meet the required number of points in order to get your discount voucher. Your first voucher is unlocked at 500 points, and gives you $5 off your next purchase! To claim your voucher, visit your account page and follow the prompts: https://thrills.co/account/login

How do I view my points balance?

Simply login to your account to see your current points balance: https://thrills.co/account/login 

What if my points don’t get added to my balance?

It can sometimes take a few minutes for points to appear in your account so please be patient.
You must ensure that you’re logged into your account when placing any orders for your points to be added to your account.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

Nope! Go ahead and earn as many points as you can.

How do I get points for writing a review?

After making an online purchase with us, you will receive a product review email after 10 days (21 days on international orders). After following the prompts of the review email, points will be attributed to your account. Excludes reviews left on site.

Can I use my points balance in-store?

Yes! You can open an account, earn AND redeem points online and in-store. Our friendly in-store staff will be able to assist you in using your MEMBERS ONLY benefits during your visit.

Can I use multiple vouchers per transaction?

Unfortunately, no. Only one voucher is redeemable per transaction as these are applied as coupon codes.

Can I use my points in conjunction with over promotional offers?

No, points are redeemed for vouchers which are used as discount codes upon checkout - only one discount code is applicable per transaction.

What do the ‘approved’, ‘pending’ and ‘cancelled’ statuses mean?

**Approved**: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
**Pending**: These points are in the process of being verified and cannot yet be redeemed. This typically applies to points earned on purchases and referrals. Allow at least 14 days for these points to appear in your account for redemption.
**Cancelled**: These points will not be added to your account. If, for example, you cancel a purchase, the points earned will be cancelled.

I no longer want to be a part of the program, how do I leave?

If you no longer want to be a part of MEMBERS ONLY, please email us and ask to be un-enrolled. We’ll process this for you and you will lose any points accrued in your account.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we’ll re-enrol you. Unfortunately, your point total will begin from zero.
