We use shipping platform Shippit for all orders. This allows us to choose the fastest shipping method available and provides full visibility & tracking notification via email and text.
Any orders over $100 will receive free shipping using the fastest delivery service.
Fastest Shipping Service for orders under $100 is available within Australia for a flat $10 fee. Please note that the below delivery timelines are guidelines, as Australia Post has currently suspended their delivery timeline guarantee - while you will still receive your parcel, it might be taking slightly longer due to COVID-19 complications.

Orders placed before 7am Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day.
Orders placed after 7am on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched next business day.
Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Byron Bay, Australia. If we are unable to fully fulfil your order from our warehouse, we will fulfil your order from our flagships in Melbourne, Sydney or Byron Bay.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Shippit with tracking details and an estimated date of delivery. You will receive another notification when the parcel is on-board for delivery.
During sale periods, we aim to ship all orders ASAP however due to unpredictable increased order volumes, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed.
We offer international shipping to all countries outside of Australia for a flat $25 fee.
Most international orders are shipped from Australia with DHL Express.
International customers may be liable to pay inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate based on the sale value. This cost is separate to the product and shipping cost and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Due to stock locations we may need to split ship your order. You will receive an email notification if this occurs and also receive separate tracking notifications for each parcel.
