Worried about purchasing online?
If you receive anything you are unhappy with for any reason, we'll help you with an exchange or refund within 30 days from purchase. Before you return your items, make sure they are:
    In the same conditions they were when you received them not worn, washed or altered, have their original swing tags and are still in their original packaging. Swimwear, underwear, and bodysuits must have hygiene stickers intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings or face masks.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Please note return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) are deemed faulty. 

If you want to exchange an item or simply want to return your items for a credit note, you can do so by lodging your return via the link below and choose the store credit option. After approval simply head to your nearest post office or preferred courier and ship the parcel back to us (we encourage opting for tracked shipping). Once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse you'll receive a credit note, issued as an online gift card for you to enter upon checkout during your next order. 

If you prefer a direct refund via your original payment method you can choose this option for items that are returned within 30 days from sale date. Simply lodge your return via the link below and choose the refund option. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping. 

If you are based outside of Australia, return postage costs and any additional duties taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item, unless the items are deemed faulty. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping. 

Swim & Intimates Returns
Please make sure that swimwear intimates are tried on over your own underwear. If returning swim or intimates, please ensure that the garment is in original condition, unworn and unwashed. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this has not been adhered to.
