We make it easy for you to shop with confidence. Whether you bought online or in-store, you can exchange, return for a refund, or request a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. 

DURING HOLIDAY SEASON (ends on January 20th): Whether you bought online or in-store, you can exchange, return for a refund, or request a store credit within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Lodge your return via our returns portal and choose the store credit option.
  • Ship the parcel back to us using tracked shipping.
  • We’ll issue an online gift card once we receive your return, with the bonus applied to your next purchase.

Want to shop now? Take 10% off.

Want something else? Use your available funds, and we’ll give you 10% on top.

  • Lodge your return via our returns portal.
  • You will be redirected to our website for a seamless shopping experience (with extra bonus).
  • Ship the parcel with your return back to us using tracked shipping.
  • We will send your new order as soon as we’ve processed your returned items.

Prefer a refund?

  • Lodge your return via our returns portal and choose the refund option. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Ship the parcel back to us using tracked shipping.
  • We’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 4 days* of receiving your return.

*Note: During peak seasons, processing times may vary slightly.

Want to exchange an item?

  • We’ll process your exchange within 4 days* of receiving your return.

To ensure availability, consider purchasing the new item first and returning the unwanted one for a refund or store credit.

In-Store Returns

You can return your online order in-store within 30 days of purchase. Please bring proof of purchase, and ensure all tags are attached. In-store returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

If you need a different size, note that our stores only stock current season items. Contact the store or our customer service team to check availability.

International Returns

For returns outside Australia, customers are responsible for return postage costs and any duties or taxes assessed by International Customs. If the item is faulty, we will cover the return postage.

Swim & Intimates Returns

Please try on swimwear and intimates over your own underwear. Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unwashed condition. We may refuse returns if these conditions are not met for hygiene reasons.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned for a refund if unworn, with all tags attached, and in new condition. Opt for a store credit instead, and we’ll throw in an extra 10% to shop now! Your shopping value will increase by 10% of your original purchase, up to $50 max.
