Why is the Members Program ending?
We’re making some changes to how we engage with our customers, and as part of that, the Thrills Members Program will be discontinued. While you will no longer be able to earn points, you can still redeem any available rewards until 26/12/2025 11:59pm AEDT.
Can I still earn points between now and 26/12/2025?
The last date to earn points is 11/07/2025. As of 12/07/2025, members will no longer be able to earn points through purchases or other program activities. Redemption of existing points will remain available until the program closes.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your Thrills account and visit https://thrills.co/pages/rewards. You’ll be able to view your point balance, any available vouchers, and eligible rewards.
When is the last day I can use my points?
All points must be redeemed by 26/12/2025, 11:59 PM (AEDT). After this date, any unused points will expire and cannot be recovered or exchanged.
What can I redeem my points on?
Points can be redeemed for discounts on eligible online purchases at https://thrills.co/.
What happens to unused points after 26/12/2025?
Any points remaining in your account after the closure date will expire permanently. They cannot be transferred, rolled over, or converted to store credit.
Will you be launching a new rewards program?
Not at this time. However, we are exploring new ways to reward and engage our community. To stay informed, make sure you're subscribed to our email and SMS updates.
