Thrills Online Survey Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Thrills, ABN 99 149 302 634, 9-11 Centennial Circuit, Byron Bay, NSW, 2481, Phone number 0478782335.
2. Thrills has engaged Forethought Pty Ltd, ABN 90 065 460 746, Level 7, 550 Bourke Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000, to undertake market research services on its behalf.
3. How to Enter:
a. Selected participants are emailed a unique URL link and requested to participate in an online questionnaire.
b. All participants will be entered into a prize draw to win one of two $300 Thrills vouchers.
4. Entry is only open to Thrills customers who have received the unique URL. Employees and their immediate families of Thrills, Forethought Pty Ltd and any agencies associated with this research are ineligible to enter.
5. Start date for the promotion is Wednesday 22nd October 2025:
Entries commence 12:00am AEDT Wednesday 22nd October 2025 and close 11.59pm AEDT on Friday 14th November 2025. The draw will take place at 12.00pm AEDT Wednesday 26th November, at the office of Forethought Pty Ltd, Level 7, 550 Bourke Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000. The two winners will be notified by telephone, email or in writing within 2 business days of the prize draw.
6. Forethought reserves the right to close the survey prior to the Friday 14th November once the required quotas for the survey have been met or extend the survey up to Friday 21st November 2025 should the quotas for the survey not be met. Entries to the draw will close 11.59pm AEDT on Friday 21st November 2025 unless otherwise specified.
7. The decision of Forethought is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The total prize value is:
2 x $300 Thrills voucher.
Total value of all prizes is $600.
9. The draw will be conducted by an authorized representative of Forethought Pty Ltd.
10. The winners must reply to the notification and claim their prize by Monday 19th January 2026. If any of the prizes remain unclaimed as at 10.00am AEDT on this date, despite all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner(s), the prize will be forfeited. Subject to approval from the relevant state or territory authorities, a redraw will be conducted at 12.00pm AEDT on Tuesday 20th January 2026 at the Forethought Pty Ltd office. The new winner(s) will be notified by telephone, email or in writing within 2 business days of the redraw.
11. Forethought Pty Ltd and the Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Forethought Pty Ltd and the Promoter's discretion. Failure by Forethought Pty Ltd and the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated or third-party entries will be deemed invalid.
12. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, entrants’ personal information will be used solely for administering the prize draw and contacting winners. Personal information may
be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required. All personal contact details of the entrants will be stored at the office of Forethought Pty Ltd and the Promoter. Entrants may request access to, correction or deletion of their information by contacting Forethought Pty Ltd’s Privacy Officer at enquiries@forethought.com.au and someone@thrills.co.
13. If required by law, the names of the winners will be published at https://thrills.co/ within 7 business days and remain on the site for a minimum of 28 days.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury sustained as a result of accepting a prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of identification prior to receiving the prize. Proof of identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
16. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. One prize maximum per person per draw.
17. Forethought Pty Ltd and the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. If the total prize value exceeds the thresholds stipulated by State or Territory legislation, the Promoter will obtain the required permits prior to conducting the draw. Permit numbers will be published in the final terms and conditions.
19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales and Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
