Tight waist.

Love the look and quality but the description says it sits low on the hips. As I have the Carpenter Low pants x 2 in size 12, I ordered the 12. They are tight and sit up on the waist. They don't look like they are designed to sit low

I'm going to get a seamstress to take the waist out as I still like them.
