From the entire family at Thrills, we hope that this finds you all safe and well. Our thoughts are with all of the people and communities recently affected by the worldwide pandemic. There's really no other way to put it - things have been pretty fucked up of late. Sadly, for many of the world's musicians, work stopped immediately, and for many touring artists, isolation started early. With some of the more interesting and creative minds contained to their homes, we thought it was probably high time we checked in to see how they were keeping sane. Call us nosey, but we're genuinely curious to see what’s been going on behind closed doors. So while we're all drowning in Corona media overload, we thought you might want to hear about something else other than washing your hands (still important though!). One fact that can't be denied is that - no matter on which side of the hemisphere you reside - we're deep in in-between seasons that are calling for the perfect excuse to wear one of our greatest obsessions: pants. Ahead of International Women's Day, we wanted to introduce you to some of the most fearless and confident women we know. Enter: the very punk, very alternative, very alien Cumgirl8. Girl-power personified, they're a 3-piece, all-girl band including some of the most creative and bold women we know; Veronika Vilim, Lida Fox, and Chase. Our first interaction with the girls was at a photoshoot we did with Jason Lee Parry (photos coming v soon) recently where we turned a recording studio into a Cumgirl8 haven - check out the video below. A day later, they were melting our faces (+ everyone else's) at our USA launch party, putting on a show for the books.

We came, we saw (too much) and we delivered one of our loosest parties to date. On Saturday night, we celebrated our US arrival by throwing one of our signature Thrills parties reaching capacity fast with over 1000 RSVPs from in and around LA. If it was any reflection of how we left our event space (Monster Children’s 1700Naud), it was wild (sorry, guys).

It's no secret that we're longtime lovers of all things vintage - raw, used, edgy and rough sounds like music to our ears. One-piece swimsuits are the underdog when it comes to swim in general. Don't get us wrong, we love a good two-piece bikini set and will continue making them for you guys, but one-piece swim has really been having a moment. It's been a crazy year. From trips to the USA, to touring NZ, to parties we can hardly remember, to some of our favourite band collaborations, to our biggest campaigns yet, and plenty more, we simply can't put how stoked we are with the year. From everyone at Thrills, we want to take a minute to say thank you. The Jack’s are back! With the festive season nothing more than a blurry haze in the rearview mirror - Here we are, left to pick up the pieces of our lives, and reassemble ourselves to bear some resemblance to our former mediocre self (pre-festive season). For such a task there really is only one thing that could possibly rid us of the hangover left after the last 2 weeks of debauchery. A Bloody Mary. Jack (Pist Idiots) and Jack (Liquid Face) are back behind the bar and looking worse for wear as they attempt to drag themselves out of a hole that they have no memory of digging. It doesn’t appear that their skills as mixologists are getting any better, but something tells us that after a Bloody Mary, they’re going to be just fine. 

If you know us you'll know we're all about live music, so we'll accept any excuse to hit up a festival. After getting quite a few messages about festival outfit ideas, we decided to pull some of our go-to looks that we'll be rocking this season.
